I was just sitting around and they said they,d give me a chance and then i was still  around and i sat down and i said i would stop then i was wiped out from the land :( that was my HOME how do i get back

Well your tale is a little unclear as to what happened.  But if you are referring to being ban from a private estate/sim, then the only way to get back is to talk to the sim owner.  If that's not the case, perhaps you could add some details to your post using the Options - Edit.
