I deleted an item with an attached sound file. The sound still plays. I don't want it to.

Question

I picked up a walker, tried it out, didn't like it, detached it, threw it away, emptied my trash...and the sound file from it still plays.  I'vee gone over my worn items, there's nothing it's attached to.  I've completely changed avatars...it's still there.  I've rebaked, stopped all animations, reset to gender default, cleared my cache, relogged several times...and still nothing.  It's incredibly annoying and I'd like to have it not result in being banned from sims simply because there's no sound file existing in my inventory to get rid of.  All I can figure is this is clearly a glitch.  Yes, I've contacted the item creator, but figured I should ask here as well.  Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to fix this?

How about a full clean reinstall of the viewer? All your settings will be restored to default and maybe there is a chance it fixes the glitch. Just a guess, of course. :smileyhappy:

Assuming you are using the official viewer:

If you use Phoenix or Firestorm:
