I just want the submit a ticket link to show on help. How can i get it to show for my second life?

Submiting a ticket can help me get me back to logging in to second life without any errors, if I submit a ticket, I can still tell you the problems I'm having, is their a way you can help me to get the submit a ticket link to show on help?
