Where is my Paid account land and home?

I recently switched my account from free to a paid account.  The only reason I did this was to get the free land and free house so my partner and myself have a place to come into game. It has been a week now on a paid account and I still do not have my land or my house.  This is the secont time that SL has done this to me and it is starting to anger me.

  I want my land and my house, PLEASE!!

The REASON you have to request it is that you have a choice of benefits.  You can get a free Linden Home, OR you can buy, from another resident, up to 512 square meters on the Mainland and hold it without paying any monthly tier fees.
