RESPONSE: Thanks for your help but I tried retrieving my password and it doesn't recognize my name. I never received a welcome email for my alt, so there are no links I can follow. What do I do?

If you have an issue you cannot resolve by searching the Community Knowledge Base, Forums, and Answers, then you can open a support case.

If you have not received the welcome email perhaps (only perhaps) you wrote with some mistake your email. As far as I know, LL send the welcome email to all the new accounts.
