can't change clothes - can't teleport, neighbouring sim's don't rez .... multiple viewers

hi folks - I've been having trouble teleporting, seems like my contacts, groups, inventory won't finish loading and until they do things don't work ie teleporting, changing clothes, or seeing the sim nextdoor. 

not sure what to do, using SLviewer v3; and also Firestorm

Sounds like an Internet connection issue. Don't use wireless but a regular cable instead. Unplug your router, go get a coffee, plug it back on, restart your computer. Try Phoenix if it does not help. As a last resort, have your ISP check your line.

for your inventory after clearing your cache,login in a less lag sim ( without ppl ) than when you're logged on, open your inventory window, and type anything random in the search box then wait until it stops loading

Valerie is probably right, a connection issue. But, it may also be a region problem. The region may need to be restarted. Recently there have been some restart issues and the regions around a region fail to show. You will see them in the World Map, but you can't walk, fly, or tp  into them. If the problem persists after next Tuesday (server updates day), consider filing a JIRA report.
