Looking for store/mall with walking traffic/district style

Hi guys,

I sell high end decor and am looking to setup a medium store however I don't want to have to build a store, setup adverts and increase traffic just to get started. So what I am looking for is to rent a store in a district that has good walk in potential.

I remember a long time ago i found a set of sims that were all nicely connceted via roads and it was generally accepted to just wander the sims from store to store.

 

I've found a few places like this, but they still seem to focus on being individual land, which is what i'm trying to avoid
