Im not sure if you can get back your previous homestead.

Because you've changed your mind? Doubtful.

Otherwise, people could just decide to unload a sim for a month or two to save on tier and then get them back when they "felt like it." I don't think it works that way.

Ashlin,

Your Homesteads with all your teraforming customizations are gone. The server space allocated to keep them up and running has been used for other Homesteads. It might be possible that the Lindens have an OAR backup or a LL Backup of your old Homesteads Teraforming, but it's doubtful.

What you may be able to do is get a new homestead with one of your old Homestead names. After all, in a virtual world, the name is everything. You can place it next to your qualifying Full Region. Of course you'll have to teraform the island again as you had it and then populate it with any builds.
