I can not access my profile or anyone else using sl viewer 3.3.1 on macbook pro

I can not access my profile or anyone elses.  It is a new problem that has occured with my loading of sl viewer 3.3.1 on my macbook pro.  This is a new installation and has been a problem from the start.

Some people have reported issues with seeing profiles on Mac OSX for some time and I'm not sure if there is a fix other than using another viewer or the previous SL one.

Are you using the web profile feature or the old style?  In you preferences click on web as the default.  See what happens.  I use a macbook pro and the latest viewer and I don't have a problem.

Thank you for the help. After reading over the information at the various links and trying the suggestions. I am going to try using a older version of the sl viewers or a third party. Will report back

I checked the preference and could not see the area that allow a choice you mentioned. Changed the browser default to sl's which did not make a difference. Plan to try a third party view and will try to report back
