I would like to start a forum, as I my lord is looking to start an rlv /rp in secondlife, however I want to do some reseach into what people want, with particular relevance to the Drow Elf Community. If you have any suggests or ideas that you wish to share please contact me by IM or advise me on how to start a forum and I can then design a group tag in sl.

It's up to the Lindens to decide when they want to add a new forum to the list here.  You can't decide that. The best you can do is start a thread in an existing forum.  My guess is that you'll probably want to post it here >>> http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Role-Play/bd-p/RolePlay .
