need help getting my avatar up and running

to answer you  i have  done a character test i have also clear my cache i have also  try to change my clothes skin and shape  but nothing seems to work  i am not using a wireless  im on a desk top im invisable its been like this for 4 months i have contact support many times but ive never received any responds my wife use a wireless laptop and she has never had any problems  nor any of my friends that use a laptop has ever had any problems  its not a wireless problem  its a viewer problem  nor is it  a connection problem i have try getting on  other desk top and still the samething and also on laptop and the same  my avatar shows that im loading  i have waited a good hour  to  see if i stop loading but nothing my inventory is also loading  and it also never stops loading i have try to use  a different shape and skin but  it  i cant seem to get anything on or off  its not showing that i changed  clothes or skin and shape since i downloaded the new viewer  that same day i downloaded was the same day  my acct got messed up  im not having a problem logging in  thxs

Curiously, as another person noticed in one of your earlier threads, you were not having this problem on April 14, barely a month ago.  (See http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Avatar/im-playing-sl-but-i-cnt-hear-any-music-in-any-place-i-hear/qaq-p/815887).  So, what has changed since then?
