My land and the entire region are completly off or restarting contunuosly. i need help

Linden Lab has been restarting many of the sims a lot recently as they upgrade server software, and of course the sim owner of your sim may be restarting it too.  If your sim is currently offline, you should file a support ticket at https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ .  Select Land & Region >> Report an Offline Region.  If you are a Premium member, you may also call Live Chat and ask them to find out why the sim is restarting frequently.
