can i wear demo clothes?

I'm a noob obvi. & bought some freebies & I can't see them. I see a present or a big white block, oval or other stuff appear on my avatar. 0.o what do I do?

Sounds like you need to take your new clothes out of their boxes first.

Sounds like you got some mesh clothing items, but are not using a mesh-capable Viewer. Try using the current LL V3 viewer, or almopst any of the current third party viewers, and see if the items look right. On an older viewer, like an old copy of Phoenix, Mesh displays as spheres, torus shapes, or other random prim shapes, and looks badly textured.
