trying to find help script error on items

my friend ask me every time she wears bondage items she recieved a script error or trys to click on her collar she get a script error, what could cause this   thanks

It could be a conflict with an AO she is wearing or there is something wrong with the collar. Contacting the creator would most certainly help.

You may try resetting the script in the collar by right clicking on it and chose edit then go up to build/scripts/reset scripts

It's impossible to answer a question like this. It's like going to your auto repair shop and saying "When I drive my car, I hear a funny noise. What's wrong?"  O.....K.  So what noise does it make?  ..........  If your friend wants help in tracking down a problem, she she tell us exactly what error message she has been seeing.  Better yet, she should be asking the person who made the collar, or at least the merchant who sold it.
