I somewhat disagree with Griffin's reply.  I say take your panties off and start a conversation.

The Urban Dictionary says perving means staring at someone with sexual intent. Look up my skirt means what it says. If you get other stuff you don't understand (mostly american english expressions), do what I do and Google it !
