friends list tickboxes

Does anyone know what happened to the Friends list tickboxes in Phoenix Viewer? The one on the friends side, has lost the eye icon. I used to be able to see who had unticked their box so i couldnt see if they were online. I used to delete the friendship as I considered friends wouldnt do this. where has the tickbox on the friends side, under the eye icon, gone?

It was removed from the latest Phoenix in compliance with LL's new TPV policy, which now says (2.a.iii) "You must not provide any feature that circumvents any privacy protection option made available through a Linden Lab viewer or any Second Life service."
