i downgraded from premium, and i have land use fees, but released my land

My account currently says i am paying 5 dollars a month for land use fees that i have released.  I downgraded from premium, and my group still doesnt own the land... What is up?

Go to your account, land manager, land use fees, and at the bottom update tier and save changes.

If your land was group owned, you (or someone) must have donated tier to the group to pay the land fees.  In the group's Land and $ tab, see if you have a contribution.  If so, change it to zero, then go to your dashboard page and downgrade your tier level as previously suggested.
