Anyone else experiencing unusual lag and disappearing/reappearing objects on their sims?

For a few days now9  Well ever since all that wonderful maintenance LL did too SL to be honest), I have been experiencing terrible lag on my sim.  Only on thwe ground tho.  Nothing in the air seems to be affected.  I have checked all of my scripts and they are fine.  I dont lag persay as in walking jerky but I have dissapearing/Reappearing objects even with draw distance at max, and IM right on top of them.  Any answers out there?

"Draw distance at max"; nless you have a very powerful machine it's no wonder you're lagging!  Draw distance, as the name implies, will set the distance at which you can see things but won't affect what you see within that radius.  I would think it's more likely that you are seeing sculpties form and deform as the LOD changes.
