Question

I currently am renting land from a estate owner and there is nothing in their convenant that says that tiers are not refundable and I have found bigger land on which to move and they refuse to refund my linden what do I do?

The problem is  I have asked for a refund and your correct it is rent but there is absolutely no agreement and if I want to leave they should have to give back some sort of rent they can't make me pay for time I am not renting am I not correct.

The money that you pay an estate owner is not "tier," it's rent.

Even if the covenant says nothing about it, if you change your mind when you're already into the lease, I would think that it would be at the estate owner's discretion as to whether to issue a refund or not.
