Sasaha,

I'm sorry you are having issues with griefers. That said, Yes, filling a report is fine but is not the fastest way to deal with these types of "idiots". Please take the following steps.

As a parcel owner

You have control of your parcel. You do not need to own the Region to do these things. If you are leasing the parcel from Linden Lab then make sure you have secured it properly. You can

1) Set the options that affect your parcel [No Damage] is best.

2) You may ban specific avatar's from your parcel.

3) You may create a Group and deed your land to it to allow you and your friends to enjoy it griefer free by limiting who can access the parcel, who can create objects on it and who's objects can enter onto it.

Details can be found here:

Additionally

If you are leasing the mainland parcel and someone else owns it, and that person is not helping you - Leave! Rent/Lease elsewhere where the actual land owner is responsive to your needs. Many of us lease out parcels on Private Estates we own. On our parcels, you will have all the rights and abilities outlined above.

One of the things to remember when reporting abuse like that Is to include proof. Before you hit the report button. Open the BUMPS HITS and PUSHES window where it shows him/her attacking you. . . Also have any chats open and then hit the abuse report button. This will capture a screen shot of the proof.  Make sure you click the button to "include" the screen shot.

Lastly when reporting. Include all information so they can properly access logs. Information would be Time of day in second life time, include The Date. and what region and parcel you were on. This information aids them in quickly answering a report. If you do not include easily accessible info to the logs with the dates and times. They will not bother with it.. They don't have time to read 30 days worth of logs to try and find the incident...

And report daily and every time it happens. If they get several about the incidents then they will act. Having proof is key
