Brought stuff on marketplace .it not come to me yet. what can i do?

Jenny, these forums are for residents to help residents, so LL doesn't respond here.

I'm sorry that your order hasn't arrived. The best thing to do is to copy/paste your order information from My Marketplace->My Account->My Order History and send it to the Merchant that is listed after "Sold by".

Pull up the Merchant's profile and see if they have a preferred way to be contacted. Some prefer an instant message, others prefer a notecard, and others ask for both.  Please remember that delivery delays or failures are not the fault of the Merchant. The Marketplace software is the problem. I'm sure the Merchant wants you to have the items you bought. So, contact them (sometimes it can take a couple days for a response due to their RL schedules), and I hope you will have your purchases very soon.

Unreceived and accidentally discarded items

Has it been more than 24 hours since you ordered? If so, contact the merchant, explain what happened, and politely request redelivery of the item. If it has been less than 24 hours, please be patient and check again later. If the merchant doesn't respond, you can submit a support case requesting redelivery. Make sure to include the order number and the exact name of the undelivered item(s).

32px-KBnote.png Note: If an item purchased on the Marketplace using PayPal or a credit card is not successfully delivered to you, the credit or debit will not appear in your transaction history, and the merchant will have no record of the purchase. Simply try to purchase the item again.

If you accidentally discard an item, contact the merchant, explain what happened, and politely requestredelivery of the item. Often the merchant will understand and redeliver, especially if the item in question isn't  "no-copy." Unfortunately, Marketplace deliveries, unlike items sent manually from another avatar, are completely discarded and can't be retrieved from the Trash.

this happened to me a few times.

 

wait about 8 hours and try contacting the merchants directly and let them know you did not receive your items. make sure to give them the info from your order history and 95% of the time, they are very good and quite helpful about it.

 

if after 24 hours, there has beenn no resolved by contact or delivery, log a support ticket right away and you'll get a redelivery set up once support gets to the ticket, which can take up to a few days.
