How do I get a ban lifted?

I was ban from a sim after this new sim owner took over I was paid up on my tier this new owner IMed me and said pay a week now or I will send your prims back. I was trying to talk to him and well he ejected me sent my stuff back and banned me from the sim and numours others he owns. Is there a way to get it lifted if he is refusing too?

 

**To clarify, the tier WAS paid.  He proceeded to display an utter lack of unprofessionalism, as well as a blatant disregard for his own staff whom of which I had already spoken to previously and had informed me of what needed to be done.  He then proceeded to return objects and place a ban.  And if he is so able to do so on a whim, what justifiably makes him permitted to be excluded from the TOS?  There was no violation on my part, and technically speaking there was a high level of greifing done on his simply because he felt the ability and power to do so.  He does not "own" said land, he is a nothing more than a tenant like myself.  The ultimate ownership of said land belongs to LL.

Money works wonders, try paying the rent.  Unfortunately you cannot get a ban lifted from land owned by a person who wants you banned. Good Luck.

that isn't going to work he had no reason to ban me. Eject me fine but ban that's a little extreme.

No, a land owner can ban anyone, anytime, for any reason or none at all.  If you had paid the previous land-owner and he didn't pass the money on I'd say your problem is with him, not the new owner.

There are about 30,000 sims in SL.  Save yourself the hassle of caring about this one landowner.

He doesn't need a reason to ban anyone for anything he chooses. Short of begging and pleading, you're banned and there's nothing you can do.

It's an unfortunate experience, but there's no TOS violation here.  A landowner can ban or eject anybody without offering any reason at all, just the same way you can ban someone from your home in RL.  Walk away and find someplace else to spend your time in SL.

Yes, maybe the rent was paid.  Yes he was probably unprofessional.  No understand us:  He did not break anything in the TOS.  Neither was he griefing you.  He is paying Linden Lab for the use of the land and that's all they care about.  He has rights, you do not, welcome to SL, move on and forget it.

Do you also understand that if you paid the rent to the previous land owner it is entirely possible that he kept it?  From the new landowner's point of view he could be paying US$300/month so you could freeload.
