Tente desinstalar e reinstalar o aplicativo. Certifique-se de usar um scanner bom antivírus conhecido e scanner trojan. Eu pessoalmente gosto muito do Avira de antivírus. Eu também gosto HitManPro como um aplicativo em nuvem digitalização da Holanda. Pode fazer a varredura do PC inteiro em apenas alguns minutos. Confira adaware e spybot para scanners trojan grandes também.
