Merchant Outbox Broken!

Its hard to convert to DD when the Merchant Outbox is stuck initializing for days. Will this be fixed before they switch off the magic boxes or after?

There is currently no date by which we have been told to expect it to be fixed.

There IS a date on or after which we have been led to expect the box utility to be shut off.

So, by simple deductive logic we should think... what should we think?

Von are you using V3 or Firestorm to make the switch?

And are you logged into your merchant area on the MP when you are attempting to drag the folders?

V3 or V3 Beta and yes I am logged in to the SLiMe Website whenever I maintain the listings

This problem seems to be viewer independent. On https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/WEB-4600, Dakota Linden said a few days ago, "The Dev Team is working to discover the underlying cause affecting the Merchant Outbox and when they have information or an update to the issue it will be posted to the Jira Ticket."

She also added, on another reply, "The Dev Team does not have access to cases in the Support Portal and receives information from, and communicates with, residents through the Second Life Jira Ticket."
