I would suggest ARing the person, and include the chat or im logs where the abuse happened.

Oh Allen, that's too bad you edited your question, as both your issue and the answers you received could help other residents. Just marking it as "answered" would still allow others to find advices and help. Just remember that for the next time (hopefully there won't be a next time for what you experienced!:-))
