Can't log in.

I have been trying to log in for hours now, its very fustrating i tried different viewers,uninstalled and reinstalled,restarting,rebooting,messing with settings,pluging my computer to my modem directly and tried loging into different sims such as : Smitch,Pooley and Aqua Still nothing. I get the ''There may be a problem with your connection or with secondlife severs'' thing. Tried logging into my old account, still nothing.

I think i did almost everything i could do.

Been crusing google for answers for a while now.

You have tried most of the standard remedies.  Here is my current collection.

The only suggestions I can think of are to try a bandwith test and to be sure you are doing a clean reinstal,

And my bandwidth now is set at 500 kbps , could that be the problem ?

Do i change it ?

So i tried changing it same thing.

I just think i'll be patient and see if someone else has this problem.

Nothing wrong with that 500kb setting.  You could raise it, given your bandwidth, but it should not prevent you from signing on.  Can you try a different computer on your connection?  It could be a problem with your computer handling of the ethernet port-- not likely, but you have ruled out all the likely causes.

Still no help though, can't try it on another computer because my friend's computers are messed up or either don't have internet.

Do you know how i could get in contact with the owners ?

So.. i tried V2,FireStorm andPhoneix

And imin exodus now it shows the settings but no screen its just black then i got the same message .

If your using any security programs like Peerblock, try disabling them. I had that problem recently, it wouldn't even let me access the main Secondlife website.

Still can login, forget it.

I quit it would have been nice but this is too fustrating.

i tried everything and i only see a black screen. i can't click on i agree on the terms of service etc. what should i do?
