Hover text such as titlers - how do I make it render/derender?

Okay so I somehow managed to turn my hover text for things like titlers and scripted items off, and now I can't view any of it, on anyone or any thing. Anyone have any clue how to turn it back on? this is incredibly frustrating, I've tried almost everything at this point, so now I'm coming to you guys for help. :s

Go to advanced > debug settings > ShowHoverTips: set it to TRUE to activate, FALSE to desactivate.

Btw, you can also do that without without login in on the starting screen of the viewer: debug settings are available at the right of "me"-"help".

Do you use RLV?   If so, there's a command @showhovetextall=n that stops you from seeing hovertext.   That's the only way I know to turn off hovertext (as opposed to hovertips).

If you've somehow implemented that, then how to turn hovertext back on depends rather on the item that's issued the command.   I suspect it would be a collar or something you're wearing.
