why is it when i try to open local chat history it says "Chat.txt can not be found

hello well ive always wanted to have the local chat logs up but every time i click the open history button all it says is "the file Chat.txt can not be found please make sure you typed to right and try again could any one help me

Are you sure you have it enabled?

Also, the folder that the logs are in is a "hidden" folder.  Enable viewing hidden folders in your Folder Options in Windows.
