Like Rolig, I'm not sure what you are asking. 

I'll guess you are seeing the message in a language other than English. The formating may be messed up in your language and incomplete.

Thank you for the additional information.  I still do not understand very well, but let me try to restate what I think you are saying:

1.  You tried to upload an item to Marketplace, using your Merchant Outbox

2. The upload failed.

3. You cannot close your Merchant Outbox.

4. The items are still in the Merchant Outbox and you cannot remove them.

5. You cannot use the Merchant Outbox to upload anything else now either.

Am I right?

Many people are having exactly the same problem.  It has been reported in this JIRA report >>> https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/WEB-4660 .  Some people have been able to fix the problem by changing the language for their viewer to ENGLISH instead of their own language.  If your native language is German, for example, try changing it in Preferences >> General to English.  There are other ideas in that JIRA report too.  You should maybe add your information to the report -- including information about your own computer --- to help Linden Lab find a solution.

As far as I can see -- which is not very far, considering the fact that LL has locked us out of seeing anything new in the JIRA since last summer -- the problem is the same as it was when the OP posted almost a year ago. And the possible workaround for some people is still to change your language in Marketplace to English if you have it set to another language. Unfortunately, if you are having the same problem that the OP reported, there doesn't seem to be a better answer yet. If you are NOT having the same problem, then your question doesn't belong here, tagged onto the bottom of someone else's ancient thread. Start a new question and explain exactly what's going on.
