cant log in to secondlife webpage since changed password

Sorry in advanced if tihs is the wrong palce to put tihs but im having trouble loggin into the second lfie website after i cnaged my password do to the 1,000L scam link that came out.I have submitted a ticket twice iv tried to call them though the phone an all it did was kept rining.and i have tryed to rest my password again but i never get an email allowing me to do so.Id really liek to be able to log back into the second lfie webpage.i can log into the sl viewers just fine tho.Iv been trying to fix this problem for three weeks now an i dont knwo what to do.if anyone can help that would be great thanks! oh i forgot ot add th account im trying to log into is my main accout korrah resident

You can log in to the viewers just fine with Korrah Resident?

Kendra try clearing your browsers cache/cookie ect.  (internet browser)   it sounds like you can get access to SL, but not the website. so sounds like something on your internet browser has corrupted.

Hi,

Same happend to my wife in SL, she can log to sl viewer but cant into SL webpage Since months ago. 

Sha has been trying a lot, cleaning browser cache, record, everything and this message appear when she try to log in "An error has occurred. Further information is available in the server log"

If any of you guys can help us with this, i´ll be very grateful.
