Is it possible to move the landing point of a region (sim) somewhere else than right in the middle of the sim and how?

Yes & Kind of - OK here are the specifics.

1) If you are the owner of the region, you can use the SL Region InfoHub option to pinpoint a landing point other than in the Default Center of the Region. People using the [Region Name] login option should appear in the InfoHub location.

2) If you are leasing the Region and have it allocated to a single large parcel then:

To change the default landing point on a region:

• Go to the “About Land” menu from inside your viewer. Click on the “Options” tab.
• Change the “Teleport Routing” to your new landing point, and click on “Set.”
• Check that it works by teleporting in to your region by using the Region Login by Name option of your viewer,
