what does sku mean.. and what do they mean by version on market place

Don't worry about the SKU.  That's an optional code that merchants can add to the description of whatever they sell, for tracking purposes.  If you are in a country that collects VAT on sales, for example, you may need a code to categorize different types of items.  Version is also a merchant option --- a code that you can use to let people who may have bought your item earlier know that the one you are selling now has been upgraded somehow.  When I sell a dress that I have redesigned or a scripted object that has new bells and whistles, I declare the new version to be v2, for example.  Most people leave both SKU and Version blank in Marketplace listings.
