If I open a club, not commercial, no fees: can I stream cds there without violating any laws? How do all the DJs play music in the clubs, illegally? The only legal way to stream music (if you live in USA) is to pay artists royalties. All the DJs, as you say, are likely breaking the law. Thanks for asking, and good luck with that!
