Yes.  Linden Homes are in Moderate regions.  Sexual activities are permitted in "private homes" in Moderate areas.

You can even keep people from peeking in and watching you.  In About Land/Options, uncheck the box for "avatars outside this parcel can see and hear inside the parcel".

Yes you can, although there is some debate about it.

Linden Lab have never made their maturity-rating rules clear but it does say that you are allowed such things behind closed doors, in your private home.  (Apart from anything else no-one should be looking!)
