Where can I find a place like this? I'll have to buy?

First off you have to have land where the footprint of the house fit to, so if you don't have land, you have to buy or rent it. How? See the following links:

As to inside affiliates group, unless you are planning to join their affiliate group and sell their products as an affiliate, you don't have to join it.
