Uploading a Mesh avi always "Crushes" it. Whats wrong?

Question

I've tried 4 different rigged mesh avatar uploads (Created 2 in Blender and 2 in 3DsMax 2012) and each one always turns out in this EXACT position (example: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/50935/crushed.PNG )

I used the Mesh Armature located on the Secondlife Mesh Wiki and I've joined it together with the Mesh of the avi, and it looks fine in Blender and 3DsMax, but when I try to upload it to SL, it animates, and works as my avi's skin, but it's always horrizontal, legs at a 90 degree angle and the head is deformed.

Any suggestions what I might be doing wrong?
