Linden Lab has no authority outside of Second Life.  If you know their SL avatar name, you could file an abuse report, and LL could ban them from SL.  But that would not prevent them from continuing to advertise their product on YouTube.  If they use any of LL's trademarks or logos in their advertising, you could report them for violating LL's trademark policy.  Conceivably, LL could then sue them for trademark infringement.

EDIT:  I searched YouTube and the most recent upload for "copybot" produces a demo of a copybot viewer from "kinggoon.com".  This site has been known for phishing, scamming, malware, and all manner of bad things.  Anyone who goes there or downloads anything from them is asking for trouble.

There are also people who create viewers specifically for copybotting, people who post guides for copybotting online, etc. If you spend all of your time reporting those people, you'll have a very boring (and conflict-full) SL. It's certainly worth reporting, but the truth is that LL has no authority of content outside of SL or it's connected websites - the marketplace, the forums, or any other page you can get to via links here on the website. As Lindal said, they can ban the user inworld for promoting actions against the ToS, and they can sue the violator for use of their logo IF this person used it (although I don't know if they'd bother, since it would probably cost them more the sue the person than they'd get back from the lawsuit).

Should be warned the laws of every country (from which the website or the resident is that makes the violation) because each country has different law. There is a law that says if a product,business,e.t.c. published on the internet which the owner has the full rights and the product,business,e.t.c. is copyrighted (no matter in what website,grid.e.t.c. has posted or placed),this is like trampling himself his royalties when he publish it in public. This law states in if those organizations, sites, residents just share your items, theydo not trample any right if they do not make money under your brand and e.t.c. They just share the products, photos and everything else as you (the victim) share it in public. BUT, if they make money under your brand, products, name and you can prove it, you can promote all evidence to the court and you will got all the right in your side. Its very difficult because the "victim" need lawers and its will cost a lot of money and will spend many days, months, years :/ it is no coincidence that in the aforementioned websites you will find up to 200 brands and stores that are full copyrighted and they have been violating and they havent do nothing
