How to make asymmetric clothing with out using mesh or sculpted prims?

I wanted to make an off the one shoulder top but i dont want to buy a bunch of sculpties and meshes that dont even move with you how to do it just by painting?

You don't.

Placing textures on mesh is controlled by UVMaps. The SL avatar has the arms stacked in the map. So, both arms are identical.

You can do some asymmetrical designs as long as you don't use sleeves.  The problem is that your av really only has one arm.   The other arm is a mirror image of it, so anything you do to one arm shows up on both.  Of course, you can always make prim or sculpty attachments for one shoulder and upper arm, or you can make a custom mesh avatar that does have two arms, but that's more work.

Ok i Like Nalates answer but im not very good at searching for things so can you do me a favor and just tell me which one to pick sorry it would take me hours maybe even days to find.
