Sim is online, but doesn't let people in

Am getting a "failed to grant capabilities" message when trying to enter a particular sim (Sooseunhwa).

The sim is online, I can tp to a neighbouring one and look into the sim I want to go to, but the server is preventing me to go in. Would that be something that's related to a new server release, so LL will find out about it anyway soon enough and cure it for everyone, or do I need to file a ticket to get it looked into?

Yes, this region needs to be restarted. If you file it as an offline region and explain they will understand. It will be restarted rather quickly if filed as region offline. It may not be offline all the way but it is not servicable and thats pretty much offline

Make sure you chose the offline region gategory

file a support ticket you'll get your problem sorted much quicker than hoping LL knows a the sim is having issues. when i had to file a ticket for a mainland sim that had been offline for a day or more not too long ago a nice Linden had it back online in around 10 minutes
