I got the ban did not get nothing done nothing after this computer

so far I have not had problems like this on the account and on this computer but once I saw this message what can I do?? to fix this problem soon? Sl cannot accesed on this computer            your site :

If you feel the ban was unjustified you can file an appeal via the support system.

If you did not get an email explaining that you have been suspended or banned. Then this could possibly be a error.

You can clear this up a lot of times by resetting your modem and or router
