I was doing fine then I got a new status of Recognized Resident and now it says darn you have been logged out it may be the region but when I started a new name I got on with no issues tried dl Phoenix but I dont know what to put for second name so it stops real fast

What was the error message you got??  Can't really help without a bit more information.

Also, your question has no text. If you are using IE9 you need to change the compatibility mode (by clicking the torn page icon to the right of the address bar) so that it works with these forums.

I edited the q but I have a second to get on Phoenix what if you only have one name and does resident have to be in quotes or do I have to put recognized resident and ty for helping.
