Collecting money from the Market Place

I'm about to open a store on the MP and I'm wondering what happens when I make a sell.  Does the moeny from a item being sold come directly to me after the 5% is taken out, or is it left there for me to collect myself?   Could someone please explain how you go about receiving your money?   Thank you
