Tonight is the night when weeks or months of planning costumes, makeup and hair comes to its glorious fruition. The Smithsonian Latino Center in collaboration with the University of Texas at El Paso are proud to present a Day of the Dead 3D experience, Oct 29 through Nov 2, 2014.
