It doesn't actually look that heavily edited...its taken inworld, with SL props and SL lighting. Having some photoshop work doesnt mean it isn't an SL pic.... after all its pic of the day, not snapshot of the day. Nice work Nati!

The pic is very cheery and cute! I'm a fan of both snapshots and post-processed images.
