"The No Excuses! sim includes a Motel, with some basic but still pretty good free rooms.  No Excuses! as a whole is definitely worth exploring. Calling itself a "rustic evergreen-topped mountainous coastal retreat", it's beautifully put together and includes a beach, roller coaster and mountain caves, among other things."
