"New store Inithium, the wonder child of the creators who brought the Sking bodies, has released a body for those of us who like some dramatic curves and some not so subtle bits and pieces. While very flexible, the body feels like an ode to those of us who have been craving a body focused on some TNA.  I’m still experimenting with slim shapes but the body will be released October 20th so you can give it a try yourselves." "Black Friday comes up on the Friday after American Thanksgiving (which is always the fourth Thursday in November; we Canadians celebrate Thanksgiving in October, because by the time American version comes around, we are knee-deep in snow!). Black Friday never used to be a thing up here in Canada; we followed the British tradition of Boxing Day sales on the day after Christmas instead. however, over time, Black Friday weekend sales have crept north of the border, and now it seems as if every store throws a huge sale with significant discounts at this time of year.

"The collaboration between GBTH and Rachel Breaker took inspiration from urban interventions, toy art, collectibles, and exhibitions like the Cow Parade and the Berlin Buddy Bears. The exhibition aims to simulate a collective urban intervention using Second Life resources. Since the first round in January 2019, we have aimed to promote collectivity by encouraging residents with diverse skill sets to develop something together and explore new possibilities. Anyone with the necessary basic building skills and UV map knowledge can participate without any fee, and once the exhibition opens, all figurines will be available for purchase. The profit from each sale will be split equally among the artist, Rachel, and GBTH through a script (Casper Vendor)." Read more on the blog.

I have not done a video in a long while, with the introduction of Bakes on Mesh by Second Life to the grid, the release of the new Redux system by Slink gave everyone the chance to see first hand how it could work. They have been working diligently on the newer system for a year or so, and while Bakes on Mesh was not a part of the official viewers it was in beta for a great amount of time, so people could test out features, create content for it to be ready to go. <click here to read more at SasyScarborough>
