"There’s nothing I love more in Bellisseria, the Linden Homes continent, than visiting and discovering how others decorate their homes, for better and, many times, for laughs. Sometimes people forget or don’t read the Covenant and the results range from the very annoying instant security orbs that send you home when you’re sailing or flying near them to the really amusing out of theme stuff like Sci-Fi decor in the Victorian neigbourhood to the pets running on the roof (which is technically not against the Covenant, but it is funny)." "When Hera contacted me to say she had decided to bring these two build back to SL, I confess I moved them to the top of my list of places to visit because, as I recently stated when writing about Shangri-La, the build she opened earlier in August 2021 (see: Losing myself in Hera’s Shangri-La in Second Life), Hera a region creator whose imagination is in many ways unparalleled in Second Life. In fact, I’ll expand on that statement here: Hera is a genuine world builder, conjuring cities, islands, kingdoms and more from the depths of her imagination and casting them into Second Life where they might be discovered and inhabited by those who find them." "I’m finally done with the week! I’ve not done such a long, fully intense week at work for a long long time. I was absolutely exhausted! When Friday finally ended it felt like I should still be doing something. It didn’t have a single bit of time to devote to anything else the entire week so I was glad I had at least set up some posts in advance. We are talking 6.30 am starts and 8 sometimes 9pm finishes. I am done. Perfectly primed now for my weekend off and what better way to celebrate than to take a picture right??! Yes! Sugar too but let’s not talk about that right now." Read more on the blog.
