"At a time when many red states in the U.S. are passing laws against drag performers and transgendered people, it’s vitally important for LGBTQ people and their allies to have safe places in which to gather and find like-minded community, both in real life and in virtual life. Virtual Hotels - 15.jpg

"The Empire Hotel is the centrepiece of Omerta City, a kind of noir themed town situated by a dock.  The town itself is geared up for RP with lots of individual venues, while the Hotel contains a restaurant, bakery, nightclub and photo-studio.

Though it’s still very much work in progress, it’s imaginative and really well done.  I found it a joy to explore and discover. Highly recommended and worth a visit."

Virtual Community Radio - 20.png

"Often on “Where Have You Been?” we feature large-scale locations — art galleries, nature regions and so on. But in addition from time to time we’ve featured smaller, more intimate venues ideal for a quiet chat with a friend or a date night.  “Where Have You Been?” is in a good position to feature destinations like these. So we are starting a special occasional series to focus on small destinations, in addition to continuing our coverage of larger venues, art shows, and events: “Hidden Gems — for date nights and special occasions.” And this episode is the first official Hidden Gems episode." Virtuality - 20.jpg

"Welcome to Natthimmel, a creative and inspiring sim that transports visitors back in time to the Neolithic era. Based on the remarkable archaeological site of Göbekli Tepe in southeastern Turkey, Natthimmel features megalithic architecture consisting of T-shaped pillars carved with images of animals such as serpents, foxes, and boars. These carvings work together to produce meanings that were probably associated with rituals and other culturally important events." Read more on the blog.
