"For some people, it can be quite the chore to wrap those wonderful gifts that will literally take one minute to unwrap on Christmas day. Several hours of labor of love resulting in a short shredding session hahaha! It is quite mad when you think about it. Is it worth it? Hell yes! I personally find it very relaxing to sit down on the ground, surround myself with lovely Christmas paper, Christmas music playing in my ears, and a nice hot chocolate with whip cream and a splash of Bailey’s! Makes it for such a wonderful wrapping session in my opinion! " Read more on the blog.

"Well Christmas in real life is turning into a whole cycle of emotions over on this side of the pond. For weeks we have been told that there would be a five day relaxation of the ‘tier’ rules over the Christmas period. I personally thought five days was a bit excessive and Christmas Day and Boxing Day would suffice." Read more on the blog.

"For those that may not know, i had my (SL) daughter Fallon back at the end of the September. i’ve not ‘featured’ her here before now because she’s a Zooby, and i know some have conflicting views on that, and pregnancy in SL, and families in SL in general. But with the hype around the upcoming Zooby pregnancy body, i figured now would be a good time to let you in on another piece of my life, RL and SL." Read more on the blog.

"Every year in December, I go a little nutty--as soon as the year's advent calendar lists come out. I suddenly find myself playing "musical groups" daily--switching groups in and out of my list, depending on where I am on the grid. (Those who have had to do it know what I'm talking about.)" "Nervous but excited. That perfectly describes what I felt when we were told that they will commence administering COVID vaccines in a week or two. After months of fighting what seems to be an endless fight, we finally can see a glimmer of light through what most are dubbing “hope in a vial”. And yes, though the uncertainties of what it may bring is terrifying, I have decided to take a leap of faith if it means protecting my loved ones and not having to live in anxiety and fear." "Here’s another look at the Lelutka Alain head, which currently is a very generous Christmas group gift until December 26th. To avoid overloading their main store, Lelutka have put up some temporary locations where you can pick up the male and female gift head. Actually, I only picked up the male one myself and just went back to pick up the “Lilly” head, just in case I ever feel like putting together a female avatar." Read more on the blog.

"One of my all time favorite things to do in Second Life has always been role play. The reason I decided to play Second Life were because of some of these role play communities. I remember early in my Second Life, I used to hop around between this role play community called Rocky Valley and another called Dead End. I met the majority of my current friends at Rocky Valley, this cool boarding school style city that really kicked started my love for immersive role play." Read more on the blog.

"We will all be using EEP eventually so learning more about it might well be on your ToDo list for the new year. Hopefully this step by step will help some. The Linden viewer will be used for this tutorial as I want to have a firm footing on the ins and outs of our new environmental maker before I download the new EEP Firestorm." Read more on the blog.
