"I scoped the Rizzi Hotel out last year when I was looking for some where to spend some time celebrating an anniversary – it didn’t happen BUT I knew it was a place I wanted to vacation at – and I did it!" Read more on the blog.
"I’ve now stayed in close to 50 Second Life hotels and resorts, something to the best of my knowledge no one has ever tried to do before. At the same time, this website has had over 25,000 page views since January, about 10x more than I thought it would get when I started writing at the end of last year! With me taking a July break from doing reviews, I thought this was a good time to highlight my ten favourites so far." Read more on the blog.
"Just showing you the captivating * 80DAYS * JAMBO 2.0 in Second Life right now." Click to watch the video on YouTube.
"The Moles have added a really nice Ebbe Altberg Memorial in the Altberg region in Second Life. There are little white candles dotted around, a nice waterfall nearby and a large statue of Ebbe along with a small piece of writing about him. It’s a beautiful tribute I think and it’s such a lovely gesture." Read more on the blog.
"A fun thing to do in Second Life. Apply for your virtual passport and explore second life collecting passport stamps. Had lots of fun doing this, discovering new and interesting places,, keeps you busy for hours!" Click to watch video on YouTube.
"I came across Another Earth while searching for something else on the SL forums. It was an invitation for anyone to come join their cyberpunk dystopian roleplay." Read more on the blog.
"DJ Dandy and DJ Likka from the Basement Club both had their performances at the super cool DJ stage in Second Life. Wow!!! What an amazing stage. There was an inflow of many avatars and you could tell they really were enjoying not only the scenery but the music. So many happy people here to celebrate 18 years of Second Life." "Nefeli – this is the name of the island of which I’m about to tell you. Named thus after Nephele, the cloud nymph of Greek mythology. Created by Zeus from a cloud (νέφος – nephos – in Greek) in the image of Hera; mother of the Centaurs, and also of Phrixus and Helle, who both featured prominently in the myth of the Golden Fleece." "Setting up a resort in the middle of a group of other sims can be challenging. Why should people stay with you when they can travel to these other places anyway and tp home within seconds? One of SL's newest resorts, the Bonaire YanuYanu, passes that question with flying colours in that it really works with and integrates its surroundings." Read more on the blog.
"So it's been an uncharacteristically long time between posts, and there is a reason for that, and so I thought I'd catch everyone up and feature yet another point of interest to BBB Stampers. The reason for the delay is because I've been working on updating and expanding The Redwood Grove." Read more on the blog.
"I decided to do a live stream just to chill out, relax for a while through music and tai chi at my home region. Open to all" Click to watch the video on YouTube.
"Its time for an update on the Black Heart Cafe PRIDE MERCH that just dropped!!! If you wanna rep black heart and be absolutely fabulous the pride month then TREAT YO SELF! Also I discuss some updates for Social Sundays! (every sunday at 2pm SLT)" Click to watch the video on YouTube.
"Though Asian Dreams, a taste of Bali, offers guests access to a Fruit Island moored yacht, the Ocean Coast Resort is as far as I know the only resort fully situated in the Fruit Islands. As a result, I was keen to take a look, especially as I've now sailed in quite a lot in these sims." Read more on the blog.
"Today's travels take us to one of the newer stamp dispenser locations, on the Nautilus continent, Mala Regional Airport. In the ever immersive attempt to make a real adventure out of this trek, and to show off the numerous airports where stamps are available, I decided once again to take the trusty Dani D-50, emblazoned with the BBB logo, and make an actual plane trip out of it." "Today we are visiting Missing Melody a destination in Second Life." Click to watch the video on YouTube.
"Operating under the banner Summer Quest @ Four Bridges, it is a two region estate (A Full and a Homestead) that she has spent the last four months working on. Now in the Destination Guide, it is a location that does, without any exaggeration, make for a simply stunning visit." Read more on the blog.
"I happened to visit Ilha do Sol in Second Life shortly before its transformation — and when I recently went back there, I had the pleasure of finding a small beach town inspired by traditional Portuguese coastal villages and flanked by a surf area and a vineyard plantation. The whole thing extends over three regions not only well landscaped, but also perfectly integrated, with smooth transitions between them." Read more on the blog.
"The Retreat has been around for so many years now in Second Life ever since I created it when I first came here and bought this property. I absolutely love to landscape it and prepare it for each season." Read more on the blog.
"We will travel along the SLRR Main Line on Heterocera Atoll. Our starting point is the headquarter of Virtual Railway Consortium (VRC) where every information you may need is offered if you wanted to become a train conductor yourself. We will have a quick look around, and then take a train ride along the SLRR Main Line." Read more on the blog.
"The 40th place I stayed in, and the subject of this review, was the Ibiza Adult Nightlife Resort. And Ibiza in fact comes from the same team that built Timor Isles (they also built Winter in New York). " Read more on the blog.
"Occupying a Homestead region and recently opened, Sunvana is a public setting offering visitors a chance for some “sweet summer escape”. Laid out as a vacation spot, it is the work of Jayce (Jayce Takeda) – with some assistance from Peter (Peterkes Beaton) and Kaelyn Alecto (TheNewKae) – the region is also home to Jayce’s Moment pose brand." "This is a first for me. While I was busy blogging about Fantasy Faire I received a random notecard. It was an invitation to visit and maybe blog this place. The location is based around the Fallout games, while I’m aware of them I’ve never played any of them." Read more on the blog.
"Today's visit takes us to the mainland continent of Corsica once again, a neighbor of The Campbell Coast, but I do not believe it is directly connected (although I could be wrong.) Regardless, C.K. Ballyhoo has incorporated many of the same excellent design elements that Kitten Mills (landscaper for The Campbell Coast) uses for the designs into the area called C.K.'s Smugglers Cove."
